Theatre and Clown workshop for children with Igor Mamlenkov

The Foundation’s Park is the ideal location to playfully introduce children to a theatre experience. Mime, actor and clown, Igor Mamlenkov has put together a program for children with a series of entertaining activities through which they can give free expression to their imagination and can learn to interact with the group.

Igor Mamlenkov was awarded a Master’s degree at the Accademia Teatro Dimitri in 2016. In 2017, he founded the DOMOVOI THEATRE COMPANY, whose poetic performances draw inspiration from the fantasy genre, from the theatre of movement, from the visual arts, from puppetry and most of all, from the art of clowning.

Theatre Performance “Un’altra notte”
Written and performed by Marzia Pellegrini and Riccardo Trovato

Is it true that old people become children again? Or is it rather that the child which we have held inside for so many years, has the freedom finally to be expressed only once we have become old?

“Un’altra notte” (‘Another night’) tells the story of two great moments in life, early childhood and late life, with the desire to show the absolute beauty of these two phases occurring at the margin of existence. Two stages of life very distant from one another, but at the same time, quite close. Two stages of life that are simply magical.

A theatre performance which is delicate and poetic, combining various theatrical forms, from puppetry with marionettes, classical theatre with masks, to the theatre of prose.

Duration: 40 minutes
For the entire family

Urban Dance Performance
With Free Beat Dance

Currently Swiss champions, the students of the Associazione Free Beat Dance Studio will be performing their exuberant dance steps to the beat of Hip Hop music.

Composed of a team of professional dancers, the Free Beat Dance Studio began as an association in 2011 with the aim of promoting the Hip Hop culture through a series of courses and training in the fundamentals of this dance and its cultural movement.
